NOX IP TV PLAYER is a modern Android TV application that allows you to stream IPTV content using M3U playlists and Xtream Codes API. It provides a seamless viewing experience with support for live TV, movies, and series with an intuitive interface designed specifically for TV remote control navigation.
How do I add my IPTV playlist?
Adding your playlist is simple! Navigate to the "Upload M3U" section on the main screen. Enter your Xtream Codes credentials including Server URL (e.g., http://example.com:8080), Username, and Password. The app will automatically generate and load your complete playlist with all available channels, movies, and series.
What video formats and protocols are supported?
NOX IP TV PLAYER supports a wide range of formats including M3U playlists, Xtream Codes API, and various video formats like MP4, MKV, AVI, TS, and FLV. It also supports streaming protocols such as HLS (HTTP Live Streaming), RTSP, RTMP, and HTTP progressive download for maximum compatibility.
Can I customize the app's appearance?
Yes! NOX IP TV PLAYER offers extensive customization options. Navigate to Settings → Background Management to choose from beautiful background themes. You can also change the app language, adjust playback settings, and customize the viewing experience. All changes are applied instantly across all screens.
How do I reorder or organize my channels?
While watching any channel, press the Menu button on your remote to open the channel reorder panel. Select a channel by pressing OK, then navigate to your desired position and press OK again to swap the channels. This allows you to organize your favorite channels for quick access. Note: You cannot reorder the currently playing channel.
Does the app support multiple languages?
Yes! NOX IP TV PLAYER supports multiple languages including English, Turkish (Türkçe), German (Deutsch), and Spanish (Español). You can easily change the language in the Settings menu. The entire interface, including menus, buttons, and messages, will be displayed in your selected language.
Is my personal data and credentials secure?
Absolutely! Security and privacy are our top priorities. All your credentials, playlist data, and viewing history are stored locally on your device using Android's encrypted storage system. We never collect, transmit, or share your personal information with external servers or third parties. Your data stays on your device and is completely under your control.
What devices and platforms are supported?
Currently, NOX IP TV PLAYER is available for Android TV devices. This includes Smart TVs with Android TV and Android TV boxes. We are exploring the possibility of expanding to other platforms in the future.
How can I view my watching history?
NOX IP TV PLAYER automatically tracks your viewing history. Simply navigate to the "Viewing History" section from the main menu to see all the content you've recently watched. You can filter by category (Live TV, Movies, Series) and quickly resume watching from where you left off. You can also clear your history at any time from the settings.
Can I control playback and change audio/subtitle tracks?
Yes! During playback, you have full control over your viewing experience. Use the remote control to play/pause, seek forward/backward, and adjust the timeline. Press the Menu button to access audio track selection and subtitle options. The player supports multiple audio tracks and subtitle languages when available in the stream.
How do I report bugs or request new features?

Provide as much detail as possible including your device model and a description of the issue. We actively monitor all submissions and continuously improve the app based on user suggestions.
What should I do if a channel won't play or buffers constantly?
Buffering issues are usually related to your internet connection or IPTV service quality. First, check your internet speed (we recommend at least 10 Mbps for HD content). Try refreshing your playlist from the Upload section. If the problem persists, contact your IPTV service provider as the issue may be with their servers or stream quality.
Can I use multiple playlists or switch between providers?
Yes! You can add multiple playlists from different IPTV providers. Each playlist is saved separately and you can easily switch between them from the Upload section. Simply select the playlist you want to use and it will load all associated channels, movies, and series. You can also refresh or delete playlists as needed.
